Is it really free?
Not free — gifted. We gift three complimentary months, spread across your first year, on a 12-month founding membership.
What's the commitment?
A 12-month founding membership — and you lock a founding rate afterwards.
How are the three months spread?
Across your first year (for example months 4, 8 and 12) — so you're settled in, and they reward you for staying.
How many places are there?
40 — 20 private offices and 20 coworking places. That's it.
How do you select?
By application. Cara reviews every one to build the right founding community.
Can I look round first?
Yes — selected applicants are invited to tour, or you can book a tour any time.
